ABOUT ME.

Welcome! My name is Sarah (she/her) and I am a registered social worker who is deeply passionate about unpacking, witnessing, and healing the parts of ourselves that feel "not enough".  In this private practice, my goal is to help others find balance, stability, hope, and most importantly, joy in their lives.

My approach is that of compassion, warmth, and non-judgment. I believe in using a collective-modality approach and often draw from Emotion Focused Therapy,  Internal Family Systems, and Somatic-Based Mindfulness Therapy.  While I work with a number of different individual issues, including Anxiety, Depression, Panic Disorder, and Stress, I have extensive experience working specifically with Eating Disorders/ Disordered Eating and Trauma.

â€‹In my free time, I love gardening, playing guitar, painting, and running outside. I am looking forward to hearing about what brings you joy!
