Are you currently accepting new clients? 

Yes! I am currently accepting new clients.

What is your session fee? Do you offer a sliding scale?

Individual Session Rate- $190/ 50 minute session

Couples Session Rate- $230/ 50 minute session

I do offer a sliding scale. Please contact me to see if there is a sliding scale spot available within my practice. 

Do you require a credit card on file? 

Yes, I do require a credit card on file. This card is retained to ensure that any future bookings or cancellations can be confidently secured without requiring follow-up communication between client and practitioner. 

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hour notice to cancel a a session without a fee. 

Can I use insurance?

My services are not covered by OHIP but most insurance plans will cover all or a portion of the cost. Check that your insurance plan lists Social Work as a covered benefit.

How does payment work? 

I accept payment via e-transfer immediately following the end of the session.  I also accept credit card payment through Stripe.

I provide detailed receipts via email for you to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement, should you have it.
